Effective teams have team mates who are constantly talking to one another and in a team environment communication is a key instrument of leadership. Communicating together means winning together because trust increases due to honesty and positive reinforcement from player to player.
The Leadership Group Sessions from a team perspective are of real value having an outside influence who is respected and who has earned the players' trust whereby they will allow me to challenge their thinking on leadership.
